Our counselling service provides a non-judgemental space to explore these feelings and support you in finding a way forward. Together we’ll work at your pace, focusing on what matters most to you.

I offer one-to-one counselling for adults aged 18 and over, and can support you with issues such as anxiety, bereavement & loss, depression, family issues, life stages & transitions, low confidence & self-esteem, personal growth & well-being, relationship issues, stress and trauma.

Lasting and meaningful change comes through understanding and being truly heard. My approach is flexible and person-centred which means I will tailor our work to fit you and your unique needs. Here you will be met with empathy and respect.

About Louise

Honesty, consistency, and respect are at the heart of how I work, with every client, in every session.

I’m a fully qualified Counsellor and am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and I adhere to their codes of ethics.

Alongside my training, I bring ongoing voluntary work, personal experience, and a deep commitment to reflection and growth.

I offer all of this to support you as you begin to make sense of your life, in your own way and time.
