My approach

In a fast-paced and busy world, life can easily feel overwhelming and out of balance. My aim is to offer you a confidential space where you can slow down, speak freely, and explore what’s on your mind fully. Together, we’ll look at your concerns honestly and meet any fears with care, not avoidance.

I offer one-to-one counselling for adults aged 18 or over, and can support you with issues such as:

It is my belief that you are the expert in your own life. My role is to walk alongside you as you explore the issues that matter to you.

About Louise

Honesty, consistency, and respect are at the heart of how I work, with every client, in every session.

I’m a fully qualified Counsellor and am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and I adhere to their codes of ethics.

Alongside my training, I bring ongoing voluntary work, personal experience, and a deep commitment to reflection and growth.

I offer all of this to support you as you begin to make sense of your life, in your own way and time.
